Cancellation Policy

At Hidden Valley Beauty Therapy, we strive to provide exceptional service and accommodate our clients to the best of our ability. To ensure that our schedule runs smoothly and appointments are available for all clients, we have implemented the following cancellation policy:

  1. Cancellations or rescheduling made 48 hours or more prior to the scheduled appointment will not incur any charges.

  2. Cancellations or rescheduling made within 24 to 48 hours of the scheduled appointment will be subject to a 50% charge of the total service cost.

  3. Cancellations or rescheduling made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment, or failure to show up for the appointment, will be subject to a 100% charge of the total service cost.

  4. Cancellation Fee may be redeemable on HVBT care products

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we will do our best to accommodate you. However, frequent last-minute cancellations or no-shows prevent us from serving other clients who may be in need of our services.
